I see both Microsoft and Googles point about WebM.  The whole thing is very similar to Apple trying to force people to stop using Flash.

Acrobat X and Adobe.com update

I didn’t see it anywhere yesterday, but Adobe will be releasing Acrobat X soon.   If I had to guess it will coming out on December 1st.  I am not holding my breath, but I am hoping that Adobe debloats Acrobat and the Acrobat reader.  They both really need it.

Adobe’s website has finally gotten a much needed update.  I am guessing that it received the update because of Acrobat X.
