I am in favor of publisher rights, author rights, and consumer rights. The whole thing is a balancing act. After reading up on it a little I am more than a little concerned about Apple’s new publication setup. Apple’s new content creation setup really only seem to favor Apple. If I were an author wouldn’t want anything I wrote to be tied to one source of publication.
